Brandon then decided to tease Hannah a little bit with his freakishly long arms. Brandon and Kat are both very tall, especially when compared to the Chambers family members. Hannah even gets a little frightened when they hold her and stand up. Hannah would get her revenge on Brandon shortly after this picture was taken, when she spit-up on his nice sweater. That's my girl! -Andrew

Brandon and Kat came to visit from Atlanta. For those of you who have been reading Hannah's site from the beginning, you will remember that Brandon and Kat are our Auburn football buddies. They enjoyed seeing Hannah during football season, but had not seen her in a while. They came over to see Hannah, and they say to see Stephanie and Andrew too. Brandon is seen here playing football with Hannah, where she was the ball.

Hannah and her daddy are really enjoying the new camera. She likes to pose for her daddy, and here you can really see how pretty her eyes are. What you can not see is how happy Hannah makes her mother and father.

Hannah enjoys playing with her Tumbling Tigger Toy. She is seen here trying to duplicate the handstands Tigger can do. She was not quite able to get it right, but got an "A" for effort.

Hannah and her mother made up quickly after the traumatic shower experience. They are my two favorite women in the room. -Andrew

This is the last picture of Hannah being happy in the sink you are going to see in this series. This was before she got her shower with the sink sprayer. In fact you can see the hand of her mean mother about to get the sprayer. Don't worry the new camera is plenty far enough away to ensure it does not get wet.

As soon as I saw this photo opportunity I knew exactly when I wanted to use it. On Hannah's wedding day I will have a nice presentation of embarrassing pictures of her for everyone to see, or maybe it will just be a copy of this website. -Andrew

Hannah got a bath/shower in the sink tonight, but the big news is how advanced her father's new camera is! This is the first set of pictures taken of Hannah with a Nikon D200. Since we have the new camera many new pictures will be posted. -Andrew

Stephanie and I did not realize we should be teaching Hannah the finer points of not drinking from the faucet yet. We had no idea she was advancing so quickly, although maybe you, the loyal reader, might have noticed? Anyway we will be working on using a bottle or cup rather than drinking right from the tap. -Andrew

Sorry... No beach pictures

I had planned on taking some pictures of Hannah at the beach on this last
trip, but the weather did not cooperate. It was cold and raining, therefore
neither Hannah nor my camera was allowed out on the beach on this past trip.

Then she realized she went after the source of the water. Anything to play with while in the bath, she is the same way at home.

Far before most babies would get a hold of the water stream Hannah got it.

"G" was nice enough to give Hannah a bath after the feeding fracas. Hannah really seemed to like it and was trying so hard to grab the stream of water from the faucet.

Hannah and her Daddy spent all of Saturday afternoon until Sunday afternoon together while Hannah's mother participated in a wild bachelorette party. "G" was feeding Hannah when she got all messy. Daddy can take no credit as he was locked in behind the camera. -Management

Here is a little better look at Papa and Hannah quietly eating in the corner at the party.

Papa stopped to feed Hannah at the party this past weekend. Hannah's three cousins at the party all decided to lend a hand to help feed Hannah. I am not sure how much help it was, but it is cute how excited the three Nicholas girls get when Hannah comes to see them.

Hannah got a little sleepy at her cousin's Mardi Gras Parade, so G held her and put to asleep. Hannah day was full of 5-10 minute naps, which was not so great for her parents.

Hannah's grandparents BB and Papa gave Hannah a walker toy. She liked to walk around behind the walker until it hit this chair and no longer would roll forward. She has not yet figured out how to put it in reverse.

Hannah's Mobile, AL Update

Hannah had a good trip to Mobile, AL this past weekend. Management is a
little backed up right now, but anticipates updating the website with
pictures tomorrow night. -Management

Even though the pictures do not show it, Heather was not the only one in the room that got to hold Hannah. It was just that everyone had to stand in line waiting to hold her. You can not blame everyone... You know... Because she is so advanced.

That is more like it now that Heather is holding Hannah. Hannah was mesmerized by the pinball machine on the other side of the room. At least that is what I keep telling myself; maybe one of the girls in the house will play pinball with me. -Andrew

Matt Horn had a hard time understanding that Hannah was not his birthday present from the Chambers family. Heather had a hard time letting anyone else hold Hannah.

Hannah enjoyed spending the night out celebrating Matt Horn's 27th birthday. She really liked all the beer.

New Pictures of Hannah soon!

Hannah's website has been lacking updates lately, as I am sure some of
you have noticed. Hannah will be traveling to Mobile, AL this weekend
to see her God-Mother Jillian Lomax. Jillian is getting married in
March and she is having a party this weekend (read: photo
opportunities!). After the party Hannah will be traveling to Orange
Beach, AL to spend some time with "G" and Pop (read: beach photo
opportunities!).
Just a quick update on Hannah's progress... Hannah is crawling around
the house about as quickly as her parents can walk around. She is
pulling up on everything and standing. She still leaves big wet mouth
marks on the leather furniture, but she is working on breaking that
habit. She recently weighed in at 15 pounds! We are not sure what
percentile that is, but we know it is right on track with her mother and
father. She has a busy social calendar for the next couple months which
will bring more pictures to the website.
Hannah will return home Sunday (02-19-06) with a load of new
pictures, in the mean time her management will try to get a couple more
posted before the trip. -Management

Hannah has a lot of really cool toys... Toys that talk to her, toys that sooth her gums while she is teething, toy that flash and blink, etc. Some of which you can see in the background of this pictures. However, Hannah seems to like two toys that belong to Daddy: The Nikon Camera and the Sony remote control. It is difficult now to get the camera out because Hannah will come crawling to it and try to take her own pictures, as you can see in this picture. -Daddy

Hannah is crawling around and pulling up on EVERYTHING now. Here she is holding onto the coffee table. She does pretty well with the table, although she has bumped her head on it once or twice. She likes to try to eat the table too. This is fine now, since she has no teeth, but I am not sure what her parents are going to do when she wants to bite the wood when she has teeth. Daddy wakes up in a cold sweat some nights thinking about his leather couches and Hannah's little wet mouth marks.

In case you missed the first post of Hannah eating prunes, here is a little closer view of it. As you can see she laid down a good first coat of squash (orange color) prior to applying the prunes (black color) to her face.

Hannah got a good taste of the good life today; she was allowed to eat prunes! I can not say this was the first time she had prunes, but I can say it is the first time she got them on everything around. Prunes do not look very good on her, nor do they look good on my leather couches, next to the wet mouth marks. -Andrew

All kidding aside... Hannah really is scooting around the house now. She is still not too fast for her parents, but she is getting there. She is crawling a little earlier than the others in her class. She likes to try to pull up on just about everything now, and she can stand for a short while if she is holding on. It is getting dangerous at the Chambers' house. The leather couches are in danger of getting small wet mouth impressions on them; Daddy is constantly watching out for leather damage or at least trying to prevent it. She comes home from school most days and crashes for a while. Tonight she has had all kinds of energy, and ironically her parents do not (tonight).
Hannah is looking forward to seeing her grandparents this coming weekend, but her father is going to miss her while he is spending the weekend with the boys shooting guns, and playing cards.

Usually after I take pictures of the family, Stephanie and I look them over prior to posting them on the webpage. Tonight I got some good ones of Hannah standing with Stephanie holding her just in case she got wobbly. Stephanie did not like herself in the picture, she never does. So she told me not to post any of her in the picture with Hannah, and I agreed not to post any of Stephanie.
Here Hannah is seen standing with the help of a neighborhood "friend". The unnamed person seemed to have a great time with Hannah tonight. -Andrew

I had never noticed before, but Hannah really is quite bald. In addition to being very advanced. -Andrew

Hannah was watching the baseball game on TV and is trying to figure out how to throw a split finger fast-ball, just like the big boys. She has most of the motion down, but will need to visit the weight room a few times before she can put it all together.

Stephanie and I wonder what kind of sports Hannah might like to play. Here she looks like a soccer goalie, except not mean enough. She might just have to stick with the modeling scene and make tons of cash for her parents. Yea, that is what she wants to do. -Management

Today Stephanie and I had to have a conversation with Hannah. It seems at school today she made another girl cry in the class because Hannah was so much more advanced than the other girl (born on the same day as Hannah). We asked Hannah to play nice and not to show off so much. Hannah understands she is much more advanced than the rest of the class and agreed not to talk in front of them anymore. -Andrew

Hannah is in a great mood tonight, now that she is out of her car seat and is free to roam the floor. She was not quite so happy on the ten minute ride home from Babies-R-Us.

Hannah has really advanced her skills as of late. Here she is standing in her crib waiting for daddy to get her out. She is in the 2nd percentile for height, so you can see that she is using the bumper pads for a little extra height. Like I said, she is very advanced. -Andrew (Daddy)
