Rockets!

Here Reilly discovers he can shoot air-rockets in the house, and Mom and Dad will just laugh about it. Unlikes throwing balls around the house, which will land him in the timeout chair.

Cars!

Reilly likes his new cars, trucks, and helicopter. He is really starting to like playing with more little boy toys. He has spent three years trying to play with Hannah's toys and chasing her around the house, soon he will be leading Sullivan around.

Reilly is a big boy...

Reilly turned 3 years old today! He was very proud and happy to turn 3, but it will really be big when he has his official party this weekend. Here are a few pictures from this evening when he opened his presents from his sister and parents. Sullivan couldn't make it to the store yet, but will try to go in a few days.

Reilly gets a new doggy from his sister! He quickly named the new doggy Halley (Bebe and Papa's dog's name)

Reilly's birthday is coming soon!

Reilly's birthday is coming soon, but he will not be in school for his actual birthday, so they had a party for him early. Reilly will turn 3 on May 17th, but he already enjoyed these puppy cupcakes Mom made this week. Great job Mom. -Andrew

For the record, Daddy didn't get to eat one.

Cecilia is a proud cousin

Hannah, Reilly, and Sullivan's cousins came over to hang out for a day from Birmingham. They all enjoyed playing, but Cecilia was particularly proud to hold Sullivan. It is quite fun to see the cousins enjoying playing with each other. We hope to get together at the beach this summer!

Vin and Mary Murphy stopped by...

Thanks to Vin and Mary Murphy for stopping by to see our newly expanded family. They live in Mobile, AL and made the trip all the way to see us after Sullivan was born... Or maybe it was to see their daughter who lives close by, no it must have been to see us. -Andrew

One more...

I found one more of Great Grandma Curran and all the kids...

Curran Girls

Here are all the Curran girls posing with Sullivan. Thanks to G, Great Aunt Georgia, and Great Grandma Curran for stopping by to see all the kids.

Great Grandma Curran's visit

Great Grandma Curran made the long trip with Great Aunt Georgia to visit Sullivan, Reilly, and Hannah this past week. We had a great visit and took lots of pictures. Everyone is very appreciative that she made the trip, even if she did make Sullivan cry just a little bit.

The boys

Stephanie caught Daddy and Sullivan sleeping during the hockey game. A rare moment for Daddy during the playoffs.

Back to Birth Weight!

Sullivan had his 2 week checkup today. He weighs 8 lbs 15oz--surpassing his birth weight by 1 oz! The doctor says he looks great! We're so blessed to have a healthy baby boy!

In the end, Sullivan was happy once again

Sullivan stopped crying long enough to give a half smile, then I left the room to look at the pictures. So I assume everything went just fine after I left the room. -Daddy

It's bath time for the first time- continued...

It's bath time for the first time.

Various pictures from Sullivan's first bath... As you can see he loved it.

Bebe is leaving us...

For the third, and likely the last time, Bebe rode in on her horse to save the day at our house. Bebe has now come for each of our three children's births and stayed to help get us back on our feet after returning home with a new baby. We can not thank Bebe (and Papa for loaning her to us) enough for all the help over the past week and one half. We look forward to traveling to and invading her house soon!

Thank you so much. -Stephanie, Andrew, Hannah, Reilly, and Sullivan.

Hello, hey what is going on?

Sullivan didn't know it yet, but he was about to get his first bath. He was very awake leading up to the bath, so maybe he overhead us talking about it?

Sullivan's First Bath at Home. (We don't have any pictures from his actual first bath because the hospital did it while he was in transition right after his birth.)

More thanks...

Stephanie and I are very appreciative of Stephanie's sister Jillian (a Labor and Delivery nurse) for driving over for the birth and helping out in the delivery room. In talking with Stephanie today, we realized we had 1 picture of her in the delivery room and one very Not Suitable For Work (NSFW) video, which will never be posted anywhere. Jillian took all the pictures of Daddy with Sullivan and it is rare Daddy gets to be in front of the camera. A big thanks to Jillian for all the help this time around!

Traditional stocking gift and picture...

Sullivan got his stocking from G on his birthday. G always makes a stocking for the new babies in the family and for relatives and friends. It drives G crazy when she doesn't know the name of the baby prior to birth because she can't put the name on the stocking. With each of our kids (3 if you are keeping track) we did not find out the sex or tell anyone the names we had picked out prior to the birth, Sullivan being no exception. So G was forced to put the name on the stocking on the way up to Atlanta when we announced the name. As is tradition, we also put the new baby in the stocking for pictures.

Happy Easter to all

All,
Thanks to everyone who has checked out the website, stopped by the hospital, called, written, or otherwise given up their time to check up on us. A special thanks to G and Pop for driving up yesterday to meet Sullivan, and to Bebe and Papa for coming up and taking care of Hannah and Reilly while we are still in the hospital.
Team Chambers is doing very well thanks to all the support from friends and family.

Hannah, Reilly, and Mommy

They don't realize it yet, but they will be sharing their time at home with Sullivan in about 24 hours.

Hannah and Reilly get their hands on Sullivan

So Hannah and Reilly finally got to hold Sullivan this morning. They were VERY excited. Hannah told me on the way over in the car that "It is hard to be a big sister to two brothers." Hannah says a lot of things, much of it funny, however I can not figure out how or why she thinks it is hard to be a big sister?

Bebe and Papa

So yesterday Bebe and Papa didn't get much time with Sullivan one on one. This morning they did. They are still taking care of Hannah and Reilly while Mommy and Daddy are in the hospital and we greatly appreciate it. They came by this morning at 11:10.
