So after the kids were off to their babysitters, the Atlanta/Augusta crew got together and relaxed while eating some very tasty crawfish. This was the 10th annual party, and it may have been the last. Stephanie and Andrew really appreciate all of our friends coming to annual party. Stephanie and Andrew hope there will be more parties in the future, but if not, we might have to start a new tradition in Atlanta.

Daddy was asked (by Momma) to watch Hannah and make sure she does not get pinched by a live crawfish. As a responsible Dad, Daddy asked the nearest cousin to watch Hannah so he could continue to take pictures. McKay did a great job watching out for Hannah and protecting her. Good thing too, as Daddy would have been in big trouble if Hannah got pinched.

Hannah made an appearance at the "Pre-Crawfish" party. About 1-2 hours prior to the adults arriving for the party, the kids get out and play/taunt the live crawfish. This year was the first time Hannah was able to check out the live crawfish. As you can see, she was not exactly sure what to think about them.

just had to post this

While most were asleep at midnight Wednesday, two Lake Martin area students were beginning an 8-hour drive to the Virginia Tech campus in Blacksburg, Va., to make a special delivery.
Auburn University seniors Cary Farrington of Dadeville and Ryan Hill of Alexander City were responsible for carrying a 4-foot by 8-foot sheet of plywood with up to 3,000 signatures, including interim president Ed Richardson.
The two seniors drove eight straight hours to Blacksburg to deliver and help put the sign up along with six or seven other signs in a makeshift memorial on the drill fields of Virginia Tech.
"Everyone there thought it was pretty cool," Farrington said. "They couldn't believe we drove all the way from Auburn."
There aren't any known immediate ties between Auburn and Virginia Tech, except for the fact the two universities' football teams met in the 2005 Sugar Bowl in New Orleans.
The sign, which reads "We stand with you in Prayer," was the first from another university to be erected in the memorial area of the drill fields, according to Farrington.
Farrington said he didn't talk to many students on campus, because there weren't that many on campus Wednesday morning.
"It was really surreal," Farrington said. "We didn't get to talk to a lot of the students except those in [the student government association]. But you can tell the general consensus is that it hasn't hit home just yet. They are still in shock."

An old Pro!

Hannah found the egg behind and under this chair. Instead of just moving the chair likes she likes to do anyway, she decided to craw under it. In case you are wondering, her mouth is full of jelly beans. She got her first taste of Jelly Beans this Easter, and later she decided that would help her not sleep well.

It didn't take long...
Hannah's big entrance

Hannah seemed more excited than normal to come down the stairs in the morning. At this point she did not realize the Easter Bunny had come to visit her, but she figured it out really quickly.
Management is forbidden from posting pictures of Hannah's mother taken in the morning. Management believes this is ridiculous, however since management has to live with Hannah's mother, a little Photoshop editing keeps a happy home.
