Hannah enjoyed playing with Tripp and getting her new nickname. She is expecting some pickles in her stocking next year. She likes Bread and Butter pickles.

Hannah is seen here with Candice and Trent McClarren (outsides) and Tripp Atkins. Tripp gave Hannah her new nickname of "Pickles". While she is very advanced, Hannah sometimes decides not to cooperate when taking pictures.

At this point Hannah has had a long day! This picture was taken Christmas day around 8PM. Hannah was really wiped out from the long day, but was handling it well. Here she was enjoying the Lomax family party.

Hannah is getting really good at reaching for things, especially at the dinner table. Her parents first realized this when Hannah pulled Stephanie's quesadilla off the table and onto the floor one night. She can move really fast!

Hannah met her Great-Great-Great Aunt Vevia while in Mobile for Christmas. Aunt Vevia is 95 years old and really enjoyed meeting Hannah. Hannah really enjoyed sitting with Vevia for a little while. Hannah is looking forward to seeing her again soon.

Hannah and her cousin MaryKeenan have the same beautiful blue eyes. Hannah is almost 6 months old, so she might keep her blue eyes.

Hannah is almost 6 months old. She did very well spending 8+ hours on the way down to Mobile in her car seat and 8+ hours in the car seat on the way home. That is a sign that she is very advanced.

Hannah had a good time with G and Pop on Christmas break. Hannah can not wait until she is a little older and can eat some of the goodies G makes around Christmas.

Hannah is helping "G" open her presents. Curran and MaryKeenan (Hannah's cousins) are waiting their turn to hold Hannah.

Hannah had a great Christmas. Here she is practicing protecting her presents from any future brothers or sisters.

Hannah Christmas Update

A short update on Hannah's Christmas... Hannah had a great first Christmas.
She got a little sick during the trip to Mobile, AL, but had a good time
spending time with family. She also picked up a new nickname... "Pickles"
Hannah and her parents got home at 12:15AM December 29th, so pictures will
be posted sometime tomorrow. -Management

This is a familiar scene... Hannah has a long hard day at school and when she gets home she is wiped out. Her jacket is just a little bit too big and tends to fall over her head just a little bit. Her parents hope she looks like this for the 7+ hour drive to Mobile, AL tomorrow night.

Hannah is very much looking forward to seeing her family in the coming weeks. Her parents are not looking forward to the drive, but happy to be going to see the family for Christmas.

Hannah got very excited today when... Well I am not really sure why she was excited, but she was. She was probably thinking about the new Nikon D200 camera that hit the market December 15th. She takes after her Daddy. -Andrew

Hannah wishes you the best in the Christmas season. You can see that 5 month old Hannah Chambers is already sitting up in a chair by herself (with her mother slightly off camera for insurance). It goes without saying, but she is very advanced.

These are the two most important girls in my life. One of them thinks I should get a new Nikon D200 camera for Christmas, but the other one has input into the spending decisions. You can guess which one is which. -Andrew

Here is another picture on Hannah in the Christmas Sleigh. One of these days her hair is going to grow to be longer than her father's hair.

Hannah also sat in her high chair for the first time today. She has never sat in the high chair to eat before. While there are not pictures of the aftermath, she wanted to "help" Stephanie which resulted in a big mess. Stephanie bought some new exotic food for Hannah today. Things most adults would not touch, but Hannah has never tried before. I am not sure what the plan is, but I told Stephanie I wanted to be ready with the camera when Hannah gets to eat new foods. -Andrew

Hannah enjoyed her first Christmas tree hunting trip today. The Chambers family drove 30 minutes out into the country side where Hannah's mother had heard about a farm that sells Christmas Trees, Hot Chocolate, and boiled peanuts. What she did not know is the farm does not sell Frasier Fur Christmas trees. Hannah and the family will be going out again tomorrow to find someone who does sell Frasier Furs.

Predictably, Gram is now Hannah's best friend after the whole icing incident. Hannah is really starting to develop, here she is sitting up pretty much on her own. I am not sure at what age children are supposed to be able to sit up, but I am sure Hannah is way ahead of the curve. -Andrew

Jillian, Hannah's godmother, was totally indifferent to the cake icing incident. She is a nurse and if she is not worried about Hannah having a little dessert for the first time, neither am I. -Andrew

Now Hannah knows what cake Icing tastes like. Gram (Stephanie's grandmother) gave Hannah a taste of icing and Stephanie was not excited about it. You can still see the evidence on Gram's finger. I was so distracted by Stephanie's reaction, I never got to see how Hannah enjoyed the icing. -Andrew

After a great time at the beach with G and Pop, Hannah traveled 1 hour West to BB and Papa's house. Papa was having a belated birthday dinner and Hannah was right there to enjoy it. She did not know what cake icing tasted like, yet...

After Hannah started to get upset Stephanie took her to calm her down. Of course Hannah's cousins wanted to continue to help.

Last it was McKay's turn. McKay is Andrew and Stephanie's goddaughter. She has not yet mastered the way to hold a child younger than herself, and at this point Hannah was reaching the end of her rope.

Next it was MaryKeenan's turn to hold Hannah. It is a good thing children of their age do not keep track of time very well. If they did someone would have felt like they got the short end of the stick.

The big sport for Hannah's cousins was to hold Hannah. All three girls were dieing to do so. After the girls played with Hannah in her jumpy seat, Hannah went to sleep. Stephanie brought Hannah back out for the girls to hold her, even though she was still asleep. It made for a cute picture. All three girls got to hold her.

The Nicholas girls all enjoyed time with Hannah, but Curran seems to be having the best time.

Hannah spent some time with her cousins over Thanksgiving break. From left to right: MaryKeenan, Curran, and McKay gave Hannah all of their attention while they were there.

There is something to be said about keeping the photographer behind the camera. I am not exactly sure what was going on here, but one thing is for certain... Hannah is very advanced. -Andrew

Stephanie complained a little bit about not having any pictures of Hannah with her Daddy on the website. Here you can see plain as day Hannah is enjoying her time with her father. She really likes being held up in the air and smiled just about any time you hold her up.

Hannah has really started to enjoy her "Johnnie Jump Up". She was not sure about it at first, but she really smiles big when she is in it now. In this picture it is a little more obvious.

More to come...

Stephanie, Hannah, and Andrew made it back to their home in Augusta, GA at 8PM Sunday night.  Management posted the pictures below, but has another 300+ pictures to sort through.  Soon to follow are pictures of Hannah with her cousins, with her Grandfather (Papa) at his birthday dinner, and Hannah picking out a Christmas tree.  Hannah and her parents hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend.  -Management

At the end of the day Hannah, like any good model, was wiped out. She really gives it her all when she shows up on the job site. Although Hannah wanted to walk back to the car herself (she is very advanced for her age), Stephanie carried her back to the car at the end of the photo shoot. Stephanie is an excellent mother.

Everyone knows that models work very hard. It is very taxing on the body to stand in front of a camera for minutes a day making millions of dollars. Hannah demanded that she be given a break to relax and rest her aching legs. She also tried to get a little tan while on her union mandated break.

Hannah suffers from the same height issues that her father does... Here Stephanie tries to give Hannah a better look at the surrounding area from a higher vantage point. I think she was able to see over the rocks out into the water. -Andrew

Hannah is a hard working model. She still has not mastered standing on her own, although she is very advanced, so here Stephanie held her hand while standing on the beach. To be clear, Hannah's management believes she could have stood on her own, because she is so advanced, if the wind were not so strong that day.

Hannah had her first beach photo shoot this past weekend, Thanksgiving weekend. It was windy but Hannah really enjoyed being at the farthest point south in Alabama, Alabama Point. The photo shoot was just like the television show "Behind the scenes of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue", but totally different.

Here Hannah's Godfather enjoys Auburn beating Alabama for the fourth time in a row, just as Hannah predicted (check the archive if you do not believe it). Danielle and Shane are Andrew's sister and brother in law. Stephanie's sister Jillian is Hannah's Godmother (not pictured here). The fireworks in the background were actually to mark 17 more years before Hannah attends her first class at Auburn, not the HUGE Auburn victory against Alabama. Did I mention Auburn beat Alabama four times in a row? -Andrew

Pictured here is Hannah's Atlanta support staff. These people all help take care of Hannah when she comes to town. This day they were all there to support Hannah's Thanksgiving "Feast before the Feast" party.

Hannah and Maddie got to spend some time together again this past weekend. For those of you keeping track, Maddie is younger, although in this picture you can see she is bigger and has more hair. The hair thing will not become an issue until Hannah is a little older, and I guess the same is true about the weight.

The Holidays mean updates to CribChambers.com!

Hannah's photography and witty comment generator has been getting
feedback that Hannah's site has been neglected as of late. Your
feedback has been heard and updates are coming soon. Hannah's travel
and football schedule has been hectic and has not allowed her to sit
down in front of the camera lately, but that is all about to change.
The holidays are coming and so are the pictures, lots of them.
Hannah attended the "Feast before the Feast" yesterday and was able to
get some pictures with her best friend Maddie. Those pictures are
coming soon. Much like the Soprano's long delay between seasons, she is
worth the wait. -Management

Fathers, alcohol, and cameras do not mix.

I was looking back on some "old" pictures of Hannah (She is 16 weeks old and this was 2 weeks ago, therefore it is old), and found this one. I thought it was neat because in the background you can see my (Andrew's) rocking lion from when I was a child. Toys are just not built like that any more, of course the lion's hair is made out of asbestos. So maybe that is why it lasted this long. -Andrew

still playing with Natalie. Hannah is more interested in calling her Daddy about the Auburn score.

Hannah had a "playdate" with her friend Natalie. They had more fun that you can imagine!

One last picture of the first feeding aftermath. You can not tell by this picture but she is very advanced.

So this is the result of Hannah helping to hold the spoon. She is still working on her eating skills, but she is very advanced.

Much like her mother you can not tell Hannah to do anything. We asked her to let us hold the spoon, but she insisted that she hold it. She is very advanced.

She is still really clean, but that is all about to change. Actually she really did not get that messy, but she did not really eat much of her 1 tablespoon of food either.

This is a picture of Hannah before she started eating her first "solid" food, rice cereal. Take notice of the clean outfit she is wearing and her bright smooth skin. Later pictures will not show such things.

Hannah Update

Hannah went to the doctor yesterday for her 4 month check-up! She now
weighs 12 lbs 4 oz. She is getting bigger and is sleeping through the
night half the time. Tonight or maybe this weekend she will be getting
her first taste of "solid" food. She will be dining on rice cereal for
the first time and we will try to get pictures and/or video of the
event. Andrew is still waiting give Hannah her first taste of Pimento
Olives and Texas Pete's hot sauce! -Andrew

Here Hannah is celebrating her Daddy's 30th birthday. She was very happy to see him turn 30 years old, for some reason.
