Our Little Helper

Take a close look at the picture below and see if you can find something that SHOULD NOT be here.

Yep, that's right we found the tv remote control in the dishwasher. You're probably saying to yourself, good thing they found it before it was washed. Nope, we did not. I guess Reilly just wanted to watch some "clean" TV! Good thing we have a spare!!

End of Summer

Our town has an "End of Summer" celebration. It is a lot of fun with jump houses, cotton candy, sno cones, a band, and ends with fireworks. We got REALLY good naps yesterday so we packed 'em up to go to the festivities.

Somber Reilly...about to eye the huge blow up slide...
We decided he couldn't go by himself...so his most "awesomest" Daddy went with him.

Reilly peeks his head out. (note how the slide is tilting. I think Daddy exceeded the weight limit!!)

Reilly is tossed head first down the slide.

Here comes Daddy and Reilly...in one piece!!

Reilly got to go in this "jumpy house" by himself. I was excited that he wasn't completely trampled!

Ready for the fireworks!!

Auburn v LaTech

Elizabeth and Hannah had a great time at the Auburn game. I give them both an A+ for behavior...especially considering the game wasn't over until close to 11 EST. Whoa that's late for these girls!!

Trying to get a glimpse of Aubie. Hannah was promised the Connect 4 game if she would let Aubie hold her. (she is terrified of masked characters) We never found him on campus Saturday. Look for pictures next week as that will be our ultimate goal!!

(*note, we bought Connect 4 today for Hannah for staying dry at night for 3 nights in a row. I'm sure there will be another bribe set if she lets Aubie hold her this weekend)

So excited to be at Jordan-Hare stadium!!

Reilly, aka "Pudge" ate his way through the Auburn game. I give him an A+ also for behavior!!

And that was it...

That was the end of the photo session. Hannah and Reilly did very well at the game, despite a game start time around bedtime. Reilly did not really get tired during the game, and refused to even consider going to sleep. Hannah got tired in the last 5 minutes of the game (close to 4 hours after he bedtime). They both slept the whole way home, without any crying or whining. Based on that, maybe they can both go again next week, with the same late start time. -Daddy

Reilly is a rookie

Reilly is a rookie with his shaker, he still tries to rip it apart.

Shake, shake, shake...

Hannah and Reilly practiced with their shakers before the game.

War Eagle!

Reilly likes his Auburn hat, it matches his father's hat. War Eagle!

Reilly's forgotten tricks

For quite some time now, Reilly has been working on his Auburn tricks. Most of them can been seen in his videos on this site, but yesterday, the first day of the football season, he forgot them all. Or he just refused to do them. Here, he refused to do "Touchdown Auburn". Maybe he thought we would not score any touchdowns, but little did he know we would crush LA TECH!

When they look back...

I hope when Hannah and Reilly are older and look back, they will remember the fun times they had together on Gameday, and not just the long drive there. -Daddy

Auburn Gameday!

Auburn's first gameday of the year was yesterday. Hannah and Reilly had a little photo session before we left for the day.
