Great Grandmother "Gram" got to hold Hannah for the first time at the Christening. Hannah was very happy to meet Gram for the first time, but as you can tell here she was obviously dreaming of AUBURN football and not Gram's Alabama team.

Hannah met her Aunt Debbie this past weekend at her Christening.

For some reason Hannah did not like getting ready in the car outside of church prior to the ceremony, but then again it was about 200 degrees that day.

Here Hannah and her parents pose with Deacon Connick. Deacon Connick also officiated Stephanie and Andrew's marriage, Feb 17, 2001. Andrew is standing on a lower stair in the church, no really he is. Everyone else is standing up higher, Andrew is not really that short.

Today Aunt Jillian taught Hannah to raise her hand when she has a question in class.

Hannah still has her blue eyes (5 weeks old). She will be pretty no matter what color they end up, but it would be neat if they stay blue.

Hannah can now get her mittens off by herself. She is a quick study!

Hannah and her newest friend Madilyn Marie Spenner. Hannah will forever be 1 month older than Maddie. Hannah traveled 2 hours from Augusta to Atlanta to meet her newest friend.

Hannah seems to have pretty good control of her hands for a new born. She was seen this day holding her own "sassy".

Hannah really enjoyed having G and Pop come to visit. She was disappointed to see them go this morning. She hopes they will call when they arrive back in Mobile, AL.

After Hannah gets something to eat, she gets really sleepy for a minute, then wakes up for a while. We have not been using her mittens lately, and she has scratched her face pretty bad on the other side. Hannah does not like to be photographed on her "bad" side, although Stephanie and I can not find a bad view of her.

This is beginning to be a familiar scene. Hannah has been getting fussy a little more recently, but we think it is because her stomach hurts after feeding.

Andrew is imitating Hannah's face from 9PM to 10:30PM last night. It is too bad this site does not have sound!

Hannah Update

There are no new pictures to share, but I do have an update on Hannah...
She went to the doctor on Friday, July 22nd. She weighed in at 7 lbs 6
oz, and for those of you keeping track that is above her birth weight.
Yesterday she had her finger nails clipped for the first time. She did
not really enjoy the experience, but now she does not have to wear her
mittens all the time. More pictures to follow, sometime soon. -Andrew

Aunt Kay (from Morris) came to visit Hannah today. Hannah is excited to have another new friend!

It is amazing to see the way Stephanie and Hannah interact. Hannah knows her mother and usually calms down when she is near. There is a lot of estrogen in our house now, I am not sure when the dating starts, but it will be too soon. -Andrew

Here is a picture of Hannah sleeping in the gown Aunt Jillian bought for her.

It seems no matter what clothes we put her in, she always gets her feet loose form the clothing. She always seems to have her legs moving around, especially when she is being changed. It makes it hard to change her and stay clean.

Andrew has been known to say and do some strange things in his sleep. Hannah takes after her daddy. She was sleeping with her hands in the air for no good reason.
