Paint Anyone?

This is what happens when the Mexican Restaurant decides to "decorate" their balloons with some sort of paint. Thanks!

This would be the SECOND time this week that he got into paint. The other time was when he decided to eat a blue watercolor tablet out of the Crayola set. He came to me with an ELECTRIC blue mouth. I first thought it was an electrasol tablet he had eaten. I wish I had gotten a picture, but I thought it was more important that he didn't die!
